Sheila Bailey
Sheila Bailey has demonstrated her dedication to the growth and structure of the Energy Coalition through twenty years front-line experience providing expertise and support in the areas of finance, accounting, administration, human resources and project management. Formerly the Coalition's Financial Officer, she currently serves as Board Secretary.
