What is Community Solar Advisory Services Project?

TEC is advising the County of San Bernardino on opportunities to generate revenues from solar installations on surplus county land, resources and buildings. TEC’s services include evaluation of technical, financial, and legal feasibility for County initiated solar projects. TEC is assisting the County in the review and development of RFP’s for solar projects and will assist in review and selection of any project proposals. In addition, TEC will advise the County through the project implementation and selection processes.



Who are the Partners?

Partners in the project include David Rosen and Associates, TEC and the County of San Bernardino.



What are the Outcomes?

The County is looking to generate capital with no risk to taxpayers or its general fund.



TEC Leadership

TEC is providing the advisory services to the County of San Bernardino, acting as an objective third party advisor on decisions leading to the installation of renewable projects.
