Angela supports project delivery for a portfolio of energy efficiency projects for the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs. Angela also analyzes utility level energy data and is a team lead for the Comparative Energy Analysis program. She has a M.S. in Environmental Studies from Cal State Fullerton and a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University
