Julie Castro, Program Manager, manages project delivery for public agency energy efficiency projects at TEC through the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs. She also develops benchmarking tools to enhance data-driven insights and decision-making. Julie previously worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Chai Energy, a behavioral energy efficiency technology start up. She has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a B.A. in Global Studies and International Studies from UCSB.
