Molly has more than nine years of experience developing and implementing strategic marketing, branding, public relations, business development and fundraising efforts in the nonprofit sector. She has managed engagement, marketing and communications activities for residential and public agency focused energy efficiency programs and serves as a project manager for public agencies’ energy efficiency retrofit projects. She holds a M.A. in Social Entrepreneurship and Change with a focus on climate change and natural resource conservation policy, issues and non-profit and for-profit business management, and a B.A. in Public Relations from Pepperdine University.
