What are TEC’s Grant Development and Management Services?

TEC wrote the grants for successful acquisition of Energy Efficiency Community Block Grant (EECBG) funding for the cities of San Clemente, Cathedral City, and Inglewood. The EECBG funds were made available from the Department of Energy as part of the ARRA stimulus funding package. Grants addressed a variety of energy efficiency related projects addressing local needs.

TEC also provides ongoing grants management and reporting for the City of Cathedral City.

Who are the Partners?

The partners are the client cities, TEC and the Department of Energy.

What are the Outcomes?

Through these grant funds, the cities were able to reduce energy and achieve both municipal and community savings.

TEC Leadership

TEC provides the guidance and expertise to assist cities in identifying appropriate energy projects for funding, writes the grant applications, supervises project and grant reporting.
