At The Energy Coalition (TEC), we are working to build a future where clean energy is affordable and accessible for everyone. Yet, low-income renters are often left behind in this transition due to restrictions from landlords or split incentives between tenants and landlords.
In AEPS’s 2025Q1 edition of Energy Intel, TEC’s Felicia Federico and Julie Castro authored “Direct to Renter: A New Energy Program to Fill the Equity Gap” to discuss this very challenge.
