Allison Hart – Board

Allison is TEC’s Executive Vice President and serves on TEC’s Board of Directors. Allison provides management and oversight of program implementation with a focus on strategic planning, business development, operations, and leadership development. Prior to joining TEC, Allison was the City Manager for the City of Irvine where she served for 17 years. Prior to her work with the City of Irvine, Allison was the Executive Director of Human Resources for the City of Santa Ana. She has extensive experience leading teams to design and implement public purpose programs and startup organizations. Allison has a B.A. in Political Science and an M.P.A from The University of Colorado, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from USC.
