Ashley Cooper supports communities in advancing energy efficiency as a project manager for The Energy Coalition. She has over ten years of experience working with local government agencies, seven years of experience working with Community Choice Aggregation while expanding into an office of Sustainability, and subsequent accomplishments. Ashley previously worked in the City of Pico Rivera as a Project Coordinator in the Office of Sustainability, overseeing large energy projects and managing program budgets for Pico Rivera Innovative Municipal Energy (PRIME).
