Code Bruder oversees the implementation of the energy efficiency incentive programs throughout TEC’s contracts. His responsibilities include budget management, supervision of the Incentive Programs Team, incentive application approvals, reporting to Program Administrators, and serves as the subject matter expert on statewide energy efficiency program policies and procedures. Code previous worked in the offices of Congresswoman Norma Torres and Senator Dianne Feinstein. He holds a Masters in Science in Environmental Policy & Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
