Elsie Varela, Project Manager, supports energy efficiency project delivery for public agencies at TEC through the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs. She focuses on Data Analysis, Metrics Reporting, Program Operations, Financing, Invoicing, and overall Data Organization. She is passionate about environmental/social justice, has five+ years of experience in community outreach and engagement, is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a focused interest in Water/Wastewater projects. Before TEC, Elsie obtained a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
