Jalen is a Project Manager for The Energy Coalition and supports various programs. Jalen supports the Bassett Avocado Advanced Energy Community by coordinating with contractors/sub consultants, managing project implementation, and developing reporting deliverables. Jalen also serves as a Regional Supervisor for the San Jose host partners in the California Climate Action Corps program. He supports his fellows and host partners by providing insight into program policies and requirements, conflict resolution, and mentorship support. Jalen is also a Subject Matter Expert/advisor for the Public Power-Up EV Charger program. Moving away from project implementation and outreach, Jalen serves the program by guiding program processes, decisions, and reporting. Jalen received his B.A. in Environmental Studies and minor in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
