Pranesh Venugopal is a Program Manager at The Energy Coalition (TEC) and a registered Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience. Pranesh currently leads program design and development initiatives for the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs, focusing on the integration of emerging technologies and Normalized Metered Energy Consumption (NMEC) strategies. He has served as technical advisor to the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs for the past 5 years, providing oversight for water and wastewater project development. He previously was a Project Manager with Nexant, Inc. where he worked on SCE’s energy efficiency and demand response programs. Pranesh holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Calicut, India and is a certified Project Management Professional.
