As a Project Coordinator at The Energy Coalition, Rachel supports project delivery for public agency energy efficiency and distributed energy resources projects through the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs. Prior to her role at TEC, Rachel worked at environmental nonprofit organizations, where she facilitated community outreach events, supported partnership developments, and assisted with educational events. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration on Earth Science from the University of California, San Diego.
