Rebecca Hausheer has over 12 years of experience assisting public agencies and small businesses with navigating the complex energy landscape and helping them take action to reduce energy consumption and increase resiliency. At The Energy Coalition, she oversees the design, implementation, and management of a diverse portfolio of energy efficiency and distributed energy resource programs including multiple regional energy network public sector programs including SoCalREN, BayREN, and I-REN, the Central Coast Leaders in Energy Action local government partnership program, and various grant-funded programs. Rebecca is active with the Association of Women in Wind, Energy, and Environment and holds a certificate from Stanford’s Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies Program. She holds a B.A. in psychology from UCLA and a Master’s in environmental science and management from the Donald Bren School at UCSB.
