Robert Keegan is the managing partner of Keegan, Werlin & Pabian, LLP. He specializes in Energy, Regulatory, and Public Utility Law. Before entering private law practice in 1988, Robert was a commissioner for two terms at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities from 1983–1988 and prior to that he was deputy regional counsel at the U.S. Dept. of Energy. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Gas Association and former president and current treasurer of the Society of Gas Lighting.
