Tim oversees data management and technology across programs for TEC. He designs and maintains data collection, analysis, and reporting systems and processes. Prior to joining TEC, Tim worked as a scientist and project manager for ERM where he worked on issues related to climate change, sustainability, air quality, and environmental compliance assurance. He has expertise in auditing and verification, GHG emissions, information management systems and green buildings. Tim holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Communications and a Master’s of Environmental Science and Management from UCSB. He also is a LEED-AP and holds certification in GHG Verification from the Air Resources Board.
