Tinuviel Carlson is a Program Manager with The Energy Coalition (TEC) located in their Oakland office. At TEC, she leads workforce development initiatives, primarily working to encourage the next generation of sustainability leaders. Tinuvel manages the California Climate Actions Corps (CCAC) Fellowship program, which provides emerging processional sustainability Fellowships with organizations across California. She leads partnership development, Fellow placement, and ongoing mentorship. In addition, leads the Fellowship monthly workforce development training and specific sustainability training focused on wildfire resilience, urban greening, and organic and food waste recovery. She also supports Education initiatives, which provide California educators access to no-cost TK-12 STEAM education programming. Before her current TEC role, Tinuviel worked as a CivicSpark Climate Fellow with the City of Antioch. She worked with numerous public agencies to develop and expand climate programs across the Bay Area and increase the capacity of local governments. Tinuviel holds a B.A in International Studies with a concentration in Environment and Development and a double minor in Latin American and Legal Studies from the University of San Francisco.
