The Energy Coalition is beyond grateful to have been recognized at the Green California Schools and Higher Education Summit! We received the Environmental Champion award in recognition of our achievements advancing California’s sustainability efforts.
Over the past few years, TEC has significantly expanded our portfolio of workforce, education, and training programs. We’re delivering no-cost energy efficiency assistance to public agencies with several regional energy networks, empowering the next generation of energy leaders with K-12 curricula and fellowship opportunities with our Energy is Everything program and SCE Charge Ready for Schools. Each year, we place hundreds of fellows in climate and energy jobs, including through the California Climate Action Corps program, led by California Volunteers, Office of the Governor.
