As a Project Manager, Anthony supports project delivery for a portfolio of energy efficiency projects for the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs. Prior to joining TEC, Anthony was a Senior Analyst at the Western Riverside Council of Governments, where he supported local governments agencies in both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties with energy efficiency resources. He has a Masters of Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Natural Science from University of California, Riverside.
