Anthony Segura_EN

Anthony Segura oversees a team of staff who develop public sector energy projects across multiple regional energy networks. Prior to joining TEC, Anthony was a Senior Analyst at the Western Riverside Council of Governments, where he championed local governments agencies in both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties with energy policy development, stakeholder outreach, and spearheading various energy efficiency programs. He has a Masters of Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Natural Science from University of California, Riverside.
