As a Project Coordinator with The Energy Coalition, Itzel supports energy efficiency project delivery for the SoCalREN Public Agency Programs. She previously served as an AmeriCorps CivicSpark fellow with the City of Encinitas, where she reported on the City’s annual Climate Action Plan implementation progress and managed projects supporting their energy efficiency and decarbonization goals. Itzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis.
