Maddi Vilas is a Project Coordinator supporting the Education and Workforce Development team for The Energy Coalition, based out of TEC’s San Diego office. She supports the California Climate Action Corps as a Regional Supervisor and manages lesson supply and shipping for the education team. Maddi’s background includes over five years in Environmental and Outdoor education, where she taught at various Northern and Southern California organizations. Before TEC, Maddi worked in the Urban Forestry field and implemented a county-wide tree sustainability program. Maddi holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a minor in Education from UC Santa Cruz.
