Meaghan oversees all education, training, workforce development, community engagement, marketing, and outreach efforts for TEC and its various programs, including TEC’s Energy is Everything program, the California Climate Action Corps program, and other education and workforce development initiatives. She played a key role in the launch of Clean Power Alliance, California’s largest community choice aggregator (CCA), leading its marketing and outreach strategy. Meaghan also supported the development and implementation of the communications plan for the Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN, one of the first RENs in the state, during its launch. She continues to oversee marketing and outreach for SoCalREN’s Public Agency Programs. Currently, she leads outreach activities for TEC’s Bassett Avocado Heights Advanced Energy Community (BAAEC) project. As TEC’s ME&O Director, she brings over seventeen years of experience in project management, communications, marketing, and outreach, driving impactful strategies that advance TEC’s mission.
